1. How many different plants did you eat yesterday?
About 30.

2. How many different plants do you usually eat in a week?
About 50

3. What are your favorite plants in regard to both nutrition and
enjoyment?

I love them all, except for okra.

4. Are you satisfied with the diversity of your diet?

No, during the first 135,000 years of our evolutionary history, 3000 different plant foods were available*. We have only a small fraction of this, each of which is generally considerably less nutritious in most cases than its wild counterpart, in modern supermarkets.

Most people eat far less than 20 different plant foods total, and most of these tend to be from the cereal grains family--a very small fraction of what is available.

I put up a visual food family tree. It might help someone to achieve more diversity in the diet. I made it because I couldn't find one anywhere.
