When I joined the veg pledge, I downloaded a document that had some recipes, and one of them is for a fake cheese sauce. I haven't made it, but I made another recipe, 'mac and cheeze' that had a similar sauce. I didn't have regular soy milk so I used vegetable broth instead. It wasn't a very nice color, the sauce, lol, due to my substitution, but it was very tasty!
