Your concept of ag production in multi-level structures is worth promoting. As tractors roll over the land and stir up the upper levels of soil causing that soil and it's nutrients to be cast into the air, the land is slowly stripped of those nutrients. The run off into streams and ultimately the oceans and lakes, to be lost to us for cultivating our food. Agribusiness enlists the chemical companies to
produce "fertilizers".....we all know the rest of the story.
