Subject: Read this if you shop at The Body Shop!!

Although the Body Shop prides itself on being cruelty-free, I bought mascara there and found that it had beeswax and shellac in it. Shellac is made much like silk. They take a bug called the Lac, which wraps itself in a cocoon type thing and they boil it, bug and all, alive, to make shellac. We need to let the Body Shop know that not testing on animals does not make them cruelty free if their products have boiled bugs in them!!
