I've never heard of drain flies. What do they look like? On the same note though, concoct a slurry of baking powder, borax or washing soda and let sit in your drain. I am assuming it is the drain with the garbage disposal? If this is so, then perhaps your disposal just needs a good cleaning? The above should do it, but it might need several treatments.
