wether it be running a marathon, a 24 hour solo mountain bike race , a 10km sprint or cycling accross australia. i ask myself a quesiton. how much do i need.the longer the race or ride the more i need. a 10km sprint would be 1 banana and 2 glasses of filtered water 1 hour before. a 24 hour race would have me eat 40 -50 bananas the day before plus 4 litres of filtered water. a marathon 5 bananas and a litre of filtered water 2 hours before. cycling accross australia?! just pick up as much fruit as you can lift, eat it and smash the highway to bits! day in day out. obviously there is some salad and nuts mixed in there too. i get my protein from fruit.

fruit, nuts and greens. eat these as mono meals when hungry till full. if im craving fruit after my evening salad, to me , that means i didnt eat enough fruit during the day.

if i get to the evening meal and think ' no more fruit!' then its time for a nice big fat nut salad.
experiment, listen and read. only take advice from those who have what you desire. eating should be fun and never stressful. right now i have to go and get paid and eat durian in front of a big crowd of crazy thai people. eating is fun, social and who know's , you might even get paid one day to eat your favourite food!

raw vegan nutrition is real nutrition. anything else is entertainment and detremental to yourself, the animals and the planet. simple.
