My daughter and I are vegetarian...but we eat regular bread from the store, boxed pancake mix and we eat cheese on our pizza. So we arent vegan...but we dont buy eggs or make anything with eggs in it. We are slowly getting into whole foods, organics and natural and some raw food recipes where we can manage it into our lifestyle. We are working on becoming vegan. See....my daughter is 7 this is new to us...only a few months vegetarian since and I have gone vegetarian once before ...but now that we are both sharing the experience it needs to be a gradual thing...to be permanent. I think anyway. So are we lacto ovo? Personally...I dont see why it matters, but she would like to know exactly what kind of vegetarian she is.
