Does anyone else on here have PCOS? I have been veg for 18 years and vegan for 14. However, I am really worried about the effect of soy on my body,since the PCOS causes estrogen dominance and soy has an estrogenic effect on your body. So, I need to eat a low carb, low sugar, high protein, no soy vegan diet. OMFG! Help! Recipes? Ideas? Support? For the first time in my life being vegan is HARD!
