I had gestational diabetes, and my question now is that I am flagged for diabetes to show it's ugly head, what are some of the signs and symptoms. I understand a swollen tongue from excess sugars may result before being diagnosed. Since I am allergic to citrus fruits, they can't do the glucose test on me.
