I tend to think of dates and dried fruits as a concentrated sugar source. I'm not sure if the nuts & fiber would offset any sugar peaks triggered by the dried fruits.

Have you tested after you eat one of these to see how your body handles it? That's probably what I would do. Also, you could try limiting it to a half a bar, if they're excessively large.
