poorly described. AFter reading the link, I could not tell whether the subjects were instructed what to do if they got a high reading. They also seem to be testing 4x week which I suppose would be of little value -- my dr has me testing 2x/day but the cde would like to see me test 4x/day. Finally, they are measuring ac1 -- maybe they are subject to the dawn effect?
They also don't disclose how long the subjects had been testing. I know I use my meter as a tool to discover what to eat -- of course I will make mistakes and my blood glucose will go up -- probably as a result of testing!
A lot of unanswered questions.
