If you follow the McDougall plan guidelines, you should be able to eat until you are full at every meal and have snacks between. If you're choosing the right foods, you can eat lots and lots of those foods! (I'm still aware of my portion size, though, and try to make sure that I'm not stretching my stomach or overeating for emotional reasons.) Raine
