I am a 30 yr old female I am overweight because of a bad diet.I ate tons of vegis but included meat and milk prouducts. From age 17-23 I was a "cooked" vegan. I was very thin and healthy. When I got pregnant with my daughter at age 23 I was craving eggs, dairy, and meat so I thought my body needed the nutrients........I caved. I have been on that diet for 7 years yuck!
