I'm sure that book's going to be a good one, as Dr. Kaufman spoke at one of the VegSouce Expos. I've got it on hold. "Diabesity : the obesity-diabetes epidemic that threatens America--and what we must do to stop it." Published in 2005. Author is Dr. Francine Kaufman.
