Subject:         Avacados no good, says Dr. Barnard?

On Dr. Neal Barnard's web site he has a document called "Diet and Diabetes: Recipes for Success." In it, he recommends eating all fruits except avocados, olives, pineapple, and watermelon.

Now, I get that pineapples and watermelon have a high sugar content. But, what's wrong with eating avacados and olives?
