Great! Welcome to the Church. I would love to dialogue. I have never posted here, and I followed a link to get to this board. I follow the McDougall health way of eating.
I am not any kind of political activist, with regards to a veg lifestyle, just a mom and housewife that thinks being veg just makes sense.
