Hi, all. Let me first say that I'm not Catholic. However, my grandfather is, and he is quickly approaching the end of his life due to terminal cancer. My question is, is there any ritual/ceremony in the Catholic tradition that honors the person while they are still living (maybe something similar to a blessingway)? I would very much like to celebrate my grandfather's life while he's still with us, and it would be wonderful if such a ceremony would incorporate his strong religious convictions. Thanks,
