my dh just doesn't make the connection between compassion for people and compassion for animals. I showed him "Meet Your Meat" on the Peta page, and though he thought it was sad, it didn't change anything. I guess I just have to get used to him cooking meat in the kitchen. It's just hard. Since the Bible says we can eat anything and he likes the taste, there's nothing I can do.
