Hi Jack. Well....stick with whatever works for you. And tell your dietician that you get plenty of protein in fruits and vegetables. She needs to look at a table with different vegetables listed with their protein contents. The American diet is way too high in protein anyways. It leaches the calcium out of our bones and causes osteoporosis, not drinking too little milk as the American Dairy council lobby has led us to believe.
