I'll go you one better. There's a woman in my town that is 93, eats anything she wants, and smokes occasionally. I didn't ask her specifically what she has eaten over those years, but I will. I think we can write that off to very good genes. Not everyone is so lucky. As a matter of fact, few are. I stopped eating red meat and dairy at the senior center a little more than 2 weeks ago, and already the pain in my finger joints (arthritis)is just about gone. So, I am now a believer in this new discovery. If recovery from arthritis is that fast, I assume inflammation in the rest of my body is also down.
