Maybe not, but they do admit that not taking B12 on a vegan diet, where your foods are now stripped of the B12 that in days past would have been consumed with the food, will absolutely cause severe problems. Therefore, they all recommend taking a B12 supplement, which I've been doing for 19 years. My brain has not shrunk, depending on whether you ask my friends or enemies, or me.
