Raw almond butter tastes good, not as good as peanut butter if one is used to peanut butter, but you will adapt to it and find that it is plenty good taste wise. This would solve several problems, not the least of which is acrylamide, which happens anytime you roast nuts. Plus all that omega 6 from peanut butter screws up your balance. You wont get that from the raw almond butter.
Definitely cut out the donuts that are literally deep fried in hydrogenated oil. Donuts are probably the worst thing one can eat. Not fit for human consumption.
