My wife and I and our two children are vegans. My cholesterol is 111, and her's is 112. I imagine my childrens' are even lower. We are all vibrant, energetic, and strong. My wife and I have the same GP, and he was very happy with our last physicals and blood tests. The medical community doesn't have much experience with us vegans; we throw their "norms" out of wack.
