I see all these people saying online that you can lacate w/ out getting pregnant, is this true?... How well is this method for losing weight? My girlfriend is nursing and she has lost all her pregnancy weight in 9 weeks..? I tried to breastfeed my son, however i would not produce enough milk to keep him sustained, what can i do to start lactating to try and lose my pregnancy weight, and will this work?
