Subject:	thank you gift for doula and midwife

I want to thank my doula and midwife for going over and above at my birth experience. They were amazing and I want to show them how much I appreciate it. I am going to write letters of recommendation, but I want to do something special too. My budget is limited,so any ideas for something inexpensive but meaningful would be appreciated.
