Has the "dimple" resolved? Usually for a plugged duct, I tell moms to
use heat, gentle massage (too much makes it worse) and lots of
nursing, especially feeding while laying down and nursing on the
opposite side. (For example, lay on the right side and nurse from the
left breast--this allows the ducts to extend as you feed and helps to
empty better). If that is not sufficient, I suggest moms use lecithin
and/or homeopathy. Usually the remedy phytollaca is very helpful. If
the dimpled appearance has not resolved, someone should see you.
