Subject:	Clogged milk duct

I am pretty sure that I have a clogged milk duct. I have been using a heating pad every hour or so and I took a long, hot shower this morning. I am having the baby (5 mos) nurse every hour while she is awake. At this point, I have had no luck with getting it cleared..but, it hasn't gotten worse. What I did notice is that on the areola of the clogged breast, there is an indentation..like a dimple. I would say that the "hole" is the size of a quarter. Is this normal? Could something have collapsed in my breast? I don't seem to be producing much in that breast at all...she is very fussy to nurse on that side and to be honest...seems like she in not getting enough out of either side. Of course, with the increase in her nursing, I am thinking that that will change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had mastitis with my last baby and I would love to avoid that if possible!
