Is your baby exclusively breastfed? You mention bottles, so I am wondering why you are using them? Most cases of reflux are caused by either an oversupply problem or food alelrgies. Zantac treats only the symptoms, not the cause. She may be feeding through the MER, but that does not mean she isn't getting an overload of lactose. I would suggest feeding her on one side for several feedings, using breast compresson to assure a goed feeding and then looking at your diet, if that does not work, the evaluate for possible allergens.
