I'm just how curious how often everyone else nurses their babies/toddlers. Mine is now 16 months and still seems to nurse quite often (anywhere from 6-8 times per day). At her age, I thought it seemed like a lot, but maybe that's average? I don't know what's normal for this age. I intend to nurse as often as she would like anyway, but was just curious about other people's nursing frequency. I don't really have a lot to go on since I'm nursing differently this time. My other daughter nursed 13 1/2 months, but it was pretty much because I followed the usual recommendation of nursing for 12 months, which I now of course regret, because I'm sure she would have longer if I hadn't started replacing nursing with milk & food earlier than I have this time (and have skipped the other milk all together).
