i didn't know that there was a "fake" book that you have to read to understand this movie... but i still have a question even after reading the explanation.... how does this 4th diamention even come to happen? because if donnie was "ment" to die, then why did frank lead him to the golf course, where he missed the falling engine? because if he never lead him there, he would have still been in his bed and the engine would have killed him then... right? thats what confused me about the whole thing... i know its just a movie, i'm looking too hard into it... same with S. Darko... if iraq jack never got off the tower in the first place, he would have died right there and none of that would have ever happened and things wouldn't need to be fixed...
