(Yes this is my real name and the movie creeped me out because of this and my own personal reasons)

I agree with what you wrote, then I thought why would Dead-Frank cause all of this to happen?Dead Frank was trying to stop this from happening.Lord knows how many times he had to go through the paradox with Darko but Dead Frank must have enjoyed it because of what Grandma death said to Darko about all lives die alone.Darko said to his therapist that he doesn't want to be alone, neither did Dead-Frank.

Because Frank died every time during the paradox his spirit remembered every time he died.Dead Frank was able to think outside the box so to speak. The proof of this in the movie is at the end when Drew, Noha and the other cast members characters felt sad at the moment of Darko's death but couldn't put their finger on it, and that's because their spirits knew what happened but their physical being didn't.

Conclusion to this movie is that our spirits exists outside the 3rd dimension and can travel any ware and do any thing and from time to time spirits ware a stupid man-suit(the man-suit physical self unaware of the conscious spirit that can see and exist from beginning to end.In other words think outside the box don't dwell.
