Subject:	Japanese Movie

Does anyone know the name of a Japanese movie (or if I have the right title) - a girl was tattooed at birth by her father, as a young woman she is very sensitive to other people's feelings. A friend told me it was called Skin Writing or Writing on Skin.

I already checked into the movie titled Irezumi, but she wasn't tattooed from birth.
