Depends on what you're looking for. What English language films do you like?
The Three Colors series, directed by Krzysztof Kieslowski:
Blue (French)
White (French and Polish)
Red (French)
Amelie (French)
Children of the Lost City (weird, really good movie; French)
Delicatessan (yet another weird and good movie; French)
All three of the above ones directed by Jean-Pierre Jeanet
Burnt by the Sun (Russian)
Life is Beautiful (Italian)
Raise the Red Lantern (Chinese)
Indochine (French and Vietnamese)
The Bicycle Thief (Italian)
Cinema Paradiso (Italian)
All About my Mother (Spanish; but it's pretty messed up, so if you don't like freaky movies, I'd avoid it)
Abre los Ojos (Open Your Eyes, the Spanish film that was remade into Vanilla Sky; this one was better)
Das Experiment (completely messed up; good movie, but may give you nightmares; German)
Run Lola Run (German)
