Orly--I'm not Brianna and don't know enough about the fruit diet you're on to comment on that, but I did notice you mentioned that you are freezing cold all the time and I can comment on that. I'm a camper and hiker and know something about keeping warm under extreme conditions. Body heat is generated by food and water. If you're not eating enough, you feel cold more quickly (in my case, I also realized that when I deliberately fast on Yom Kippur, I need to wear heavier clothing than the weather conditions call for to make up for the lack of food). You are probably not eating enough food for the body heat you need. I don't know if you can change that on your diet; if you can't, then you should probably dress warmer.
