Bryanna, your Benedict recipe is one of our very favorite breakfasts, have you tried it with steamed kale on top of the tofu before the sauce? Yum Yum Yum.

More breakfast ideas:

Bryanna's Waffles made with chickpeas, I make a batch and freeze them for times when there's less time.

Pancakes of course, I do flaxseed or pumpkin pancakes.

Frittatas are fun, you can put the batter into cupcake tins to make mini frittatas.

For quick mornings you can also make a smoothie with non dairy milk, frozen bananas and blueberries or other fruit. Blueberries are my favorite though and high in antioxidants.

Oatmeal is yummy when cooked overnight with a slow cooker, use steel cut oats. Super yummy and easy.

I made a menu with all my breakfasts and when I have company everybody orders off it. Too much fun!
