Thank you for the great tips, and I had no idea you had a vegan Chinese cookbook!!! I just looked at the preview pages on Amazon, and can hardly wait to order! I love Chinese food, but had no idea how to make it at home. I found my favorite, Lemon "chicken," and 5 dumpling recipes - yah!!!! Yes, please do post if you try another dumpling recipe!
