Hi! I really want to lose some weight and be healthy, the vegan way, but after a few weeks I always (so far) "fall of the wagon". My husband and three children, are not with me on this, It is a change I am doing alone, though I am still surounded by the same foods that I am not supose to eat. Sugar and meat seeams to be my biggest problems.....I behave like an addict with sugar.....the craving is unbelivable! I always feel ashamed and fat after giving in to my craving. My bmi is 27, so i do need to lose some weight. I actually weigh the same now, as i did when i was pregnant with my first child! Also, I live in Sweden, and here Atkins, lchf, and dukan, rules. If You are a vegan, you are considered close to criminal because of a movement called (in translation) "militant vegans". I apologise for my bad spelling, but sense I am native swedish, english is not my first language. I hope you can give me some tips, on how to stay on a vegan diet, and perhaps deal with my cravings.
