Bryanna, just printed your almond cream whipped topping recipe and excited beyond words (really!) to try it as I have never liked any of the tofu recipes -- a question. When you say "blanched, slivered almonds" I assume you mean almonds with no skins, instead of buying them that way, could a person just skin them themselves and put them into the blender whole and blend for a while to get them all liquified, or perhaps I should chop them first?
