Do you have a vegan sourdough starter recipe without soy? I have dairy allergic kids and I have a soy intolerance. Also, can you recommend a vegan substitute for buttermilk? I was thinking of trying soymilk plus some vinegar as can be done to make dairy milk a buttermilk substitute, but wasn't sure of the quantity of vinegar.
