has a good breakfast chapter.

Most of the time I have oatmeal with bran and ground
flax and chopped apple (sometimes I add some dried
cranberries), served with soymilk and a little brown
sugar, but vegan blogs are full of easy delicious
vegan breakfast recipes, if you like more variety.

For instance, if you go to my blog via this link:
and go to the "Recipe Links" page (tab at top of
page), scroll down to "Beverages" and then
"Breakfast/Brunch Dishes" (and also
"Breads/Muffins/Pizza"), you'll find some ideas.

Go to your library and check out vegan cookbooks--
most have breakfast chapters. If you google "vegan
breakfast" or "vegan breakfast recipes" you'll get
lots of hits!
