I've thought a lot about eating vegan. I've also collected many cookbooks. I recently found Bryanna's 20 minutes to dinner and it is the best one I have found so far. After much thought I think for me the best way to start is with breakfast. Once I have a variety of breakfast menus and feel good about that I can move on to lunch. So my question is, what is a good vegan breakfast? What are you eating for breakfast? Lisa
