How exciting, Bryanna, and good for you!!! When my husband and I visited Whitehorse 17 years ago before getting married in Carcross, it was quite difficult to find a vegan meal, so I ended up cooking all the time (on our honeymoon). It is good to hear that there is now a demand for vegan cooking...bravo!! Hope you have a great time.
