Excuse me for interjecting my "80/10/10" ways here, but... This isn't surprising because humans are natural fruit-eaters (physiologically primates/fruigivores). To sum up the book "80/10/10", fruit and lettuce is enough for Micheal Arnstein to win marathons on,for humans to grow up properly, and for gorillas to do the same. Anything to the contrary is propoganda and the removal of humans from their natural environment which promotes eating un-naturally.
