Subject:         Complete proteins in large amounts/weight training

Hi,

I've heard soy is only almost complete.

If that is true, how much brown rice and seeds do I need to
complement tofu or soymilk?

If it is complete, say I chose red beans instead. Should I
match the amount of protein grams in the beans on the label to
equal that of the rice and/or seeds?
