My favorite president, Bill Clinton, has given me the urge to try a vegetarian diet. I tried it once before but after about 14 to 20 days I started to feel weak, so I quit. I really wasn’t following any type of plan and now I believe I just wasn’t getting all the necessary nutrients to be healthy. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what those nutrients are! I know that’s terrible. Can somebody help me get started?
Realistically I don’t believe I would follow a strict plan to each so much of this and that type of vegetable. I’m hoping to just take some supplements and start a simple diet for now, like beans and rice. Something I can start today without any knowledge of what I’m doing. :) My city has a local vegetarian group, maybe that’s a good place to start? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
