That's great, Robin-- I follow a vegan Weight
Watcher's diet, too, and my husband and I both lost 20
lbs. on it last year (the old Core program seems to
work best with a vegan diet-- I think it has another
name now!). Need to lose some more and will follow it
more completely when I finish my upcoming book.
Anyway, sounds like you're on the right track. You
just need to experiment with what foods satisfy you.
In the winter, we always have a pot of homemade soup
around for quick meals and snacks. It's filling and
nourishing. I like thick, chunky soups.
Cheese is always the hardest to get rid of-- my
husband gave that up last. There are some good vegan
cheeses around-- Daiya is one-- but you still have to
watch the calories and fat with these and use them in
moderation.
I love gravy and mayonnaise, so I invented no-fat or
very low-fat versions of those two things.
Here's my mayo recipe:

I'll post my gravy recipe soon-- have to run!

website!
