You can make a green jackfruit salad-- the canned is
not quite as good as the fresh jackfruit, but has a
very interesting, almost tuna-like texture. I've had
the salad in vegetarian Vietnamese restaurants and
it's delish!. A friend of mine posted her recipe for the salad made
with the canned jackfruit on her blog, but I can't
