Hi Bryanna,

I guess people are not able to post in this forum because there is no link to it from vegsource's new home page. This is such a wonderful forum to have, its pity we can't get to it.

I wanted to ask you about Earth Balance. Is it a healthy product to use? It does contain palm oil.

Also is coconut oil healthy? I have been getting different views on it?
