I bought some vegemite and now not sure how to incorporate it into my diet. Seems like from what I've read on the web that the typical way to eat it is on bread with lots of butter. My mom used to buy marmite many years ago and I think she added it to soups and stews to give it a little extra flavour. Do you use either of these products Bryanna and if so what do you do with it?
