Subject:         Soya 'whey' drinks

Has anyone got any recipes for using the 'whey' from making tofu.

I don't want to throw it away being wasteful of the nutricianal value of it but it sits in the fridge going off and I do end up throwing it away.

I just don't like the taste prob cos I use vinegar as the curdler (I already take cider vinegar in the morning)
so I need some easy ingredients to add to pep it up into a jummy must have drink.

ps I live in Morocco where one can't buy many things one takes for granted in the west.
